A Land Rover overturned on the A380 on Wednesday morning according to Police attending the scene of the crash at the Ideford Dip, the vehicle was towing a van.
As well as Police, the fire brigade attended the scene of the accident which happened at roughly 10.30am, however the driver was not trapped in the car or injured.
A police spokesman said: “A Land Rover overturned on the A380 Ideford Dip leaving it partly on the grass and partly on the carriageway. The vehicle was towing a van at the time and recovery is ongoing.”
“Three appliances from Teignmouth and Middlemoor were mobilised to reports of an road traffic collision,” said a fire service spokesman.
At the time of writing the clean up is still ongoing.
